U.S. Compliance has acquired OECS, a regional provider of environmental, health and safety consulting services based in St. Louis Park, Minn.
U.S. Compliance provides EHS services through its compliance-as-a-service model, combining consulting, cloud-based software and on-demand support. The company, backed by Susquehanna Growth Equity, has been expanding through acquisitions, with OECS following its recent purchase of Hellman & Associates.
