Integrated risk management solutions provider Riskonnect announced recently an acquisition of Ventiv Technology, which offers risk management and insurance solutions. Full terms of the deal, Riskonnect’s third acquisition since 2022, were not disclosed.
The combined offerings will create a comprehensive suite of risk management tools that streamlines data management and provides actionable insights tailored to specific business sectors, the company said in a news release.
Riskonnect’s current majority investor, TA Associates, a global private equity firm, supported the acquisition of Ventiv with additional investment capital. TA will continue as the majority owner. Union Square Advisors served as the exclusive financial adviser to Ventiv, and Davis Polk & Wardwell served as legal adviser. Kirkland & Ellis served as legal adviser to Riskonnect.
