Communications supervision platform provider MirrorWeb has released Sentinel, a compliance solution powered in part by AI technology like natural language processing; the company says it reduces false positives by up to 90%.
The new system aims to help compliance teams manage communications across platforms like Teams, Slack, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and iMessage by using natural language processing and risk scoring to identify high-risk content while filtering out irrelevant alerts.
“Compliance has evolved beyond just ticking boxes; it’s about making informed decisions that safeguard the business,” VP of product Jamie Hoyle said in a news release. “Sentinel helps customers cut through the noise, focusing on real risks — the needles in the expanding data haystack.”
