Company announces Series A round of funding from Eagle Venture Fund

Annapolis, MD (September 8, 2021) – Evidencity, a tech-enabled service that facilitates access to information and on-the-ground knowledge in challenging jurisdictions, is now available globally and is venture-backed with a Series A round led by Eagle Venture Fund and including AMDG Capital. The service works by connecting companies with its network of Global Insight Providers, who are recruited, vetted, and continually trained to ensure a stable information supply chain.

“While it may seem that the world has never been more connected, globalization has actually pushed societies further apart. In that space, a solution is needed that connects companies with the vital information necessary to conduct business ethically, safely and securely,” said David Niccolini, partner and COO of Evidencity. “Our service provides clients with the peace of mind they seek when doing business internationally, and addresses many of the unintended consequences of globalization.”

Evidencity reduces risk to save companies time, money, personnel and resources to provide reliable data and access to accurate information at the click of a button, without lies, bribes or excuses. The platform gives businesses full control over their information supply chain, starting with an easy-to-use online dashboard, access to a community of thoroughly vetted and trained insight providers and a research operations team, and additional tools such as real-time tracking of orders and templated report deliverables.

“Eagle Venture Fund is thrilled to partner with Evidencity to bring transparency to supply chains, as well as due diligence activity in emerging markets and beyond,” said Wes Lyons, partner at Eagle Venture Fund.  “Evidencity has an amazing culture and team and experience as serial entrepreneurs that they are using to build an impressive business. Eagle believes that companies that are making an impact in the world can also enjoy exceptional success, and Evidencity is a great example of an intentionally redemptive enterprise.”

“Our mission is to empower and equip companies to fight even the greatest forces against us by giving them the tools they need to enrich our lives and communities and promote forward thinking policies,” added Sam Logan, founder and CEO of Evidencity.

The platform is a trusted source for Global 500 customers, multinational corporations, law firms and fintech providers from around the world. To date, the platform has facilitated on-the-ground investigative services to produce over 1,700 reports, solving global business problems in over 98 challenging jurisdictions.
