EcoVadis has launched Worker Voice, a survey engagement tool that provides real-time insights into labor conditions and human rights risks across global supply chains. The solution, developed with Ulula, offers organizations direct access to workplace conditions at all tiers of their supply chains regardless of workers’ location, language or literacy level.
Unlike traditional social audits, which are often expensive and infrequent, the new system allows anonymous worker feedback through multiple channels including mobile surveys, SMS and in-person methods, EcoVadis said in a news release.
“Companies are under pressure to comply with new regulations and meet rising stakeholder expectations, but policy without visibility falls short of where it matters most — on the ground with workers,” said Pierre-François Thaler, co-founder and co-CEO of EcoVadis.
