David Soiles and Manish Chopra
David Soiles is Capgemini’s financial crime compliance leader for the fintech practice. Based out of New York, David joined in 2023 as part of Capgemini’s acquisition of Exiger’s financial crime compliance advisory practice. He has led global AML audits of several top-five digital asset exchanges, in addition to providing AML and sanctions advisory services to second line teams at digital asset firms.
Manish Chopra is global head of risk and financial crime compliance at Capgemini. Based in New York, and with over 25 years of experience across financial services and analytics, his leadership spans roles at GE Capital, Genpact and Sumitomo Electric, where he built scalable risk and analytics programs.
