Diligent has acquired 3rdRisk, an AI-native third-party risk management platform based in the Netherlands, the GRC software company reported. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Diligent said Bram Ketting, co-founder and CEO of 3rdRisk, would continue with the company following the acquisition.
3rdRisk automates vendor profiling, assessment workflows and document analysis of contracts and certifications.
The acquisition marks Diligent’s third deal in the past year, following its purchases of ethics and compliance consultancy Spark Compliance in February 2025 and AI-powered ethics and compliance platform Vault in May 2025.
“By combining Diligent’s AI platform with 3rdRisk’s third-party risk management capabilities, we’re delivering the most holistic solution that spans from the boardroom to the extended vendor landscape,” Scott Bridgen, general manager of risk and audit at Diligent, said in the news release.
