ACL to reveal next generation product release, announce new professional certification program and honor customer award winners
WHAT: This September, ACL will celebrate its 30th anniversary during the annual ACL Connections global customer conference, which brings together risk management professionals spanning internal audit, compliance, finance, IT and risk teams. In four jam-packed days, with more than 36 intensive sessions and training workshops, attendees have the opportunity to learn best practices and new technology approaches and elevate their roles as “sought-after” experts within their organizations.
ACL will also reveal its Fall ’17 product release at the event, including rich content integration and advanced solution bundles for key industries, progress toward the next generation of data tools for risk and compliance analysis and the availability of a new professional certification program.
The keynote speaker will be Pamela Meyer, Certified Fraud Examiner and Best-Selling Author of Liespotting: Proven Techniques to Detect Deception. Extensively trained in the use of visual cues and psychology to detect deception, Ms. Meyer will teach attendees communication secrets previously known only to a handful of scientists, interrogators and intelligence specialists.
ACL Connections 2017 features a group of inspiring speakers, including Carole S. Switzer, co-founder & president of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG)and Kristine Splieth, deputy CIO for business integration at Georgia Department of Administrative Services, as well as a line-up of government and Fortune 500 company leaders who will share their experiences, leading practices and actionable advice.
Finally, the 2017 ACL Impact Awards will recognize ACL customers who have demonstrated significant impact on their organizations. Honorees include Grand Prize award winner Samuel O’Brien, risk leader for Flight Center Travel Group; Livhu Phume, Chief Audit Executive, Gautrain Management Agency; and Jason A. Gross, VP, controls management at Siemens Financial Services, Inc.
Professionals will earn up to 21.5 CPE credits for attending the conference.
