SpeakUp has launched two new solutions — an AI-powered disclosure and approval management platform called SpeakUp Paths and an AI voice agent for phone-based reporting — as part of an expansion into a comprehensive ethics and compliance suite. The ethics and compliance platform provider also appointed Tom McNamara, CEO of Plixer, to its board of directors as it looks to further expand in the US.
The AI voice agent provides a conversational experience for callers reporting compliance issues, generating structured reports for compliance teams without traditional hotline wait times or language barriers, according to a news release. SpeakUp Paths allows employees to disclose potential risks including gifts, conflicts of interest and personal relationships through a centralized workflow system that provides real-time visibility to compliance teams.
“This launch reflects what compliance teams have been asking for — tools that go beyond intake to deliver clarity, speed, and real impact,” SpeakUp CEO Tim Morss said in a news release.
