European cybersecurity services provider Allurity has closed the acquisition of two companies, one based in Portugal and the other in Switzerland, Allurity said in a news release. Terms were not disclosed.
Both CloudComputing, based in Portugal, Swiss company Securix provide identity and information security capabilities.
Allurity aims to use the additions to support its growth strategy in Europe, according to the news release, and these moves come on the heels of other recent acquisitions, including Swedish Arctic Group, ID North and Pulsen IAM, Danish CSIS and Spanish Aiuken Cybersecurity.
