Verint Expands Financial Compliance Partnership Program

Best-of-Breed Ecosystem Helps Organizations Turn Regulatory Burden into Strategic Advantage

Melville, NY (October 25, 2018) — Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT), The Customer Engagement Company™, today announced the expansion of its Financial Compliance Partner Program*, a partner ecosystem of leading companies that complement Verint solutions in a world where financial services organizations face increasingly complex challenges in complying with regulatory requirements.

Verint’s recently launched Financial Compliance offerings — available both on-premises and in the cloud — support modern work processes and offer a broad range of capabilities. These include the ability to capture communication and data across all of the capabilities offered by Unified Communications (UC) solutions, along with automated operational verification, proactive compliance and an open approach to facilitate integration. The solution delivers capabilities that can prevent non-compliant incidents from occurring in the first place, outpacing other industry solutions that only offer capture-and-archive capability — helping organizations work proactively to maintain adherence and reduce the cost of compliance.

As regulatory requirements under Dodd-Frank in the U.S. and MiFID II and MAD II / MAR in Europe place stricter, more extensive and more geographically diverse regulations on financial services organizations, Verint’s Compliance Partner Program represents a united approach to help ensure companies are effectively addressing the challenges in maintaining compliance.

“According to research by Business at OECD and the International Federation of Accountants (February 2018), complying with the multiplicity of laws and regulations governing financial transactions costs the industry 5-10 percent of annual sales and consumes scarce senior management time. It is time for financial institutions to modernize and automate their compliance processes. Verint has a long history in developing holistic solutions to complex business problems, and the Compliance Partner Program is an illustration of Verint’s commitment to help compliance leaders find innovative solutions that will help them meet regulatory requirements while gaining strategic advantage,” says Dick Bucci, Principal, Pelorus Associates.

Reinventing Financial Compliance at Global Workshops

Verint and its partners will conduct “Reinventing Financial Compliance,” a series of Financial Compliance Innovation Workshops in select venues in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, that started on October 16, 2018 and extends into 2019. The workshops — which began in New York and are expanding to Toronto, Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Copenhagen, and Frankfurt — will feature presentations on best-practice and leading-edge business solutions; discussion of the technology challenges and opportunities presented by proactive compliance, automation and multi-channel communications; with hands-on demonstrations of solutions.

Verint’s Compliance Partner Program includes:

  • Services/Support/Sales
    • Computer Generated Solutions (CGS)
    • ComitFS
    • Custodia Technology
    • Fivesky
    • JP Reis
    • Market Communications
    • Trusted Data Solutions (TDS)
    • World Wide Technology (WWT)
  • Technology Partners
    • British Telecom (BT)
    • Cloud9
    • GreenKey
    • IPC
    • Raidne
    • Speakerbus
    • SteelEye
    • Tango Networks
    • Truphone

“At Verint, we expect to provide the very best for our existing and future customers,” says Verint’s John Bourne, senior vice president, global channels and alliances. “Through the Compliance Partner Program, we’re building best-of-breed partnerships to help provide complementary technology and integration solutions, coupled with specialized compliance services and support for our customers.”
