Vanigent BioPharm has launched Vanitrack, an AI-powered platform that combines compliance and expense management for pharmaceutical and biotech sales teams, the company said.
The platform allows sales teams to log interactions, disclosures and spending reports from phones or laptops. Features include digital sign-in with QR codes and e-signatures, AI-powered receipt and event data capture, automated compliance checks and integration with expense systems like SAP Concur and master data management systems. Vanigent BioPharm, an Atlanta-based contract sales organization serving the biotech and pharma sectors, designed Vanitrack to support manufacturer reporting obligations under federal and state transparency laws, company policies and industry codes.
“By automating compliance, Vanitrack gives back to biotech and pharma reps up to 10 hours a week,” Grady Grant III, executive vice president and partner at Vanigent, said in a news release.
