Onspring has launched Onspring AI, a suite of AI capabilities embedded in its governance, risk and compliance software platform.
The AI tools generate and revise documentation, suggest relevant links between controls, employee roles and regulatory requirements, detect duplicate records, read and summarize document contents like SOC 2 reports and populate relevant fields, the company said. Onspring AI is powered by Anthropic’s Claude family of generative AI models and operates under oversight from the Onspring’s AI governance council. Onspring AI is offered as an add-on module customers can enable and configure based on their organizational standards and compliance requirements.
“Our focus with Onspring AI has been to target practical, real-world use cases that directly address the daily challenges our customers face, while giving them total control over when and how it’s used,” Ryan Lougheed, director of platform management at Onspring, said in a news release.
