Riveron has acquired Eden Data, an advisory firm with expertise in cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance and AI, Riveron announced. The move expands Riveron’s risk advisory solutions to create a platform that spans financial controls, compliance and emerging technology risk management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded by Taylor Hersom, Eden Data specializes in compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI, helping businesses become audit-ready and IPO-prepared.
