Supplier information management provider ISN has acquired supply chain and risk management platform Transparency-One. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal is ISN’s first acquisition, and Transparency-One CEO Chris Morrison will continue to lead the business as senior managing director.
Transparency-One was founded in 2016 with offices in Boston and Paris, while ISN has 13 offices around the world and boasts customers in more than 85 countries.
