Certa, a third-party management platform, announced it had raised a 2x-oversubscribed Series B funding round led by Fin Capital and Vertex Ventures with participation from Tru Arrow Partners, among others.
The Series B round brings Certa’s total institutional investment to $50 million.
Certa will use the funding to bolster its go-to-market engine, expand its reach into new high-growth markets like Europe and accelerate adoption, the company said.
