Integreon CEO Subroto Mukerji will retire from the company effective Dec. 20, the legal and business services provider said.
Mukerji joined Integreon as CEO in 2022 after senior leadership roles at Rackspace Technology and HPE Enterprise Services. He will continue to serve on Integreon’s board of directors and as a senior advisor to the Texas-based company.
Board member Bill Carter, an operating partner at EagleTree Capital, will serve as interim CEO while the board conducts a search for a permanent successor. EagleTree Capital manages the investment funds that hold a majority stake in Integreon. Carter was previously CEO of ALM, a provider of news, data and intelligence for the legal, financial, insurance and real estate sectors, and has held executive roles at Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis and Bain.
“Under Subroto’s leadership, Integreon has experienced record growth, with 2025 on track to be a milestone year for revenue and innovation,” Carter said in a news release.
