What’s in this report from Rethink Compliance:
Rethink Compliance’s four compliance and ethics benchmarking study, developed by compliance practitioners with decades of experience, offers insights designed to help companies enhance their organization’s compliance training approach.
Some key findings of the survey of more than 200 practitioners:
- A majority of respondents (83%) say all employees received ethics & compliance training during the survey period of 2025, roughly equivalent to what the survey found in 2021.
- In just over one-third of organizations (34%), all employees received ethics & compliance training that was specific to their risk profile.
- Only 20% of respondents said their board directors receive no ethics & compliance training, a decline from 35% in 2021.
