Dow Jones has formed Dow Jones Global Risk Insights, a new brand that combines recently acquired companies Dragonfly Intelligence and Oxford Analytica within Dow Jones Risk & Compliance. The integration aims to provide unified geopolitical and global security intelligence services to businesses, financial institutions and governments, the company said in a news release.
Dragonfly Intelligence specializes in forward-looking security intelligence and geostrategic analysis, while Oxford Analytica focuses on geopolitical, political and macroeconomic analysis with advisory services. The combined entity will offer geopolitical and security intelligence, analysis and advisory services, and risk assessment tools.
