Ottawa-based Case IQ, a provider of investigative case management software, has acquired compliance analytics firm Lextegrity in a move to create an integrated risk management platform. The acquisition combines Case IQ’s whistleblower and incident management tools with Lextegrity’s real-time compliance monitoring capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal marks Case IQ‘s second acquisition in 15 months, following its purchase of Whistleblower Security in October 2023. The combined platform will offer unified compliance monitoring, third-party risk oversight, investigative case management and compliance workflows.
“Today’s compliance management solutions are often too reactive, passive, and siloed to meet today’s regulatory requirements,” said Case IQ chief executive officer David McNeill. “Pairing Lextegrity’s real-time compliance monitoring solution with Case IQ’s existing whistleblower and incident management solutions is a game-changer.”
