Axiom GRC has acquired IS Partners, a provider of cyber assurance and compliance services, London-based Axiom announced. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Philadelphia-based IS Partners provides audits for about 600 customers covering frameworks including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI DSS and CMMC. The acquisition marks Axiom GRC’s first US-headquartered acquisition and its fifth acquisition since partnering with private equity firm Inflexion in May 2024. Axiom GRC provides software and services to more than 40,000 clients worldwide with a team of over 1,300 specialists.
“Cyber assurance and compliance have become fundamental pillars of modern governance, and this acquisition represents a significant step in Axiom’s international growth journey,” Axiom GRC CEO Alex Dacre said in a news release.
