Vidett has acquired Bridgehouse Company Secretaries, a corporate governance firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2005, Bridgehouse provides outsourced GRC services. Bridgehouse managing director Ibi Eso will continue to lead the business. Vidett provides governance and trusteeship services with a team of more than 150 pension and corporate governance experts and acts for around 550 clients, including pension schemes, employee benefit trusts and organizations across the public, private and financial services sectors.
“This acquisition demonstrates our commitment to both Bridgehouse’s existing market and client base and, for Vidett, to new markets beyond pensions governance,” Vidett group CEO Wayne Phelan said in a news release.
