Terminus Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Eventus, a provider of trade surveillance and financial risk solutions, the companies say. Detailed terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Austin-based private equity firm will support Eventus’ expansion in product innovation, global commercial presence and strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions, the companies said in a news release. Eventus’ Validus platform provides trade surveillance and market risk management for multi-asset class global capital markets firms, covering equities, options, futures, foreign exchange, fixed income and digital assets. The Atlanta-based company’s leadership team, staff and strategic focus will remain unchanged, according to the news release.
