ESG performance and risk management software provider Sphera recently announced it had acquired SupplyShift, a pioneer in supply chain sustainability software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Santa Cruz, Calif., SupplyShift has a supply chain network of more than 100,000 suppliers, providing supply chain transparency and supplier mapping as well as data analytics, supplier scoring and traceability.
