Compliance tech provider Red Oak has added email, messaging and collaboration tool oversight capabilities to its compliance connectivity platform, extending supervision across digital communications channels including Slack, Teams and Zoom.
The expanded supervision suite works alongside the company’s existing social media, internet and website monitoring tools. The new features aim to capture and archive content from over 16 communication platforms in real-time.
“Compliance today is about more than keeping up with regulations—it’s about keeping up with how people actually communicate,” CEO Dave Dutch said in a news release. “Firms need visibility into every interaction, whether it happens in email, Slack or on a phone.”
The capabilities are powered by MirrorWeb, Red Oak‘s technology partner for digital communications capture and archiving.
