OnBoard has launched OnBoard AI, which it describes as an integrated suite of AI-enabled governance tools designed specifically for boards of directors. The board management platform provider built six AI capabilities into its existing secure platform to support agenda creation, document summarization, meeting transcription and action item tracking for board workflows.
The platform includes Agenda AI for meeting planning, Book AI for document summarization, Minutes AI for real-time transcription, Assist AI as a board assistant, Insights AI for meeting analysis and Actions AI for tracking decisions and follow-up items.
“This isn’t AI for the sake of AI,” chief product officer Tim Adair said in a news release. “We’re designing and developing capabilities that solve real customer problems.”
The platform operates on Microsoft Azure’s encrypted infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II, ISO-27001/27701, GDPR and HIPAA compliance, with the company stating that board data remains within dedicated instances and is not used for AI model training.
