LRQA has acquired three US-based companies — Lindinger Inspection Engineers, International Compliance Group and the American Center for Sustainable Certifications — to expand its inspection, social auditing and certification capabilities across the Americas, the global risk management company says. All three deals have closed, but financial terms were not disclosed.
Houston-based Lindinger Inspection Engineers provides technical inspection services for clients in the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. International Compliance Group is a social auditing firm focused on responsible sourcing, adding more than 1,500 annual audits to LRQA’s operations. Michigan-based American Center for Sustainable Certifications specializes in ISO certification with a concentration in the automotive sector. The three companies together add more than 100 employees and subcontractors to LRQA.
Leadership from all three companies will remain with LRQA.
