Creative Accelerator has launched Take Care, a platform that monitors software-as-a-service contract changes and recommends compliance adjustments.
The platform tracks 85-plus applications for contract changes, analyzes how different applications handle terms such as content ownership and data usage, automatically adjusts internal documentation and data practices when contracts change, and allows in-house lawyers to validate findings and approve recommendations. Creative Accelerator developed Take Care as a spinout from Jayaram, an intellectual property law firm founded in 2009 that represents brands like Salesforce, Louis Vuitton and Colgate.
The company is self-funded by its founders and has not raised venture capital funding.
