Corporate disclosure communications firm Labrador, founder of the U.S. Transparency Awards, announced it had acquired Argyle, an ESG advisory firm.
Paris-based Labrador expanded into the U.S. in 2010, becoming among the first organizations to focus on creating transparent SEC and stakeholder communications. Combined, the two firms’ client roster includes more than 270 U.S. corporations, including half of the S&P 100.
“We are elated to join Labrador because we share ethics, value, and above all a commitment to client outcomes,” said Iain Poole, formerly Argyle’s managing director, who is now Labrador’s executive director of strategy. “The integration of Argyle’s 250 passionate disclosure professionals with Labrador’s team is complete, bringing together the vibrant cultures of both firms, forging a special partner for corporations focused on publishing transparent disclosure to meet reader expectations.”
