Governance software provider Kuberno has launched a new American subsidiary, Kuberno US, capitalizing on its rapid expansion in 2023, which saw the company triple in size and land a $4 million investment from Nasdaq Ventures.
Kuberno also unveiled a registered agent service for corporations in the U.S. and other key jurisdictions. Kuberno US was incorporated in Delaware, though its first hires will be based in Boston and California, the company said.
The company’s flagship software platform, Kube, will now be more readily available to Americas-based companies, Kuberno said in a news release.
