Guidepost Solutions has acquired Pallas Global, a monitorship and consulting firm, and appointed its co-founder, Bonnie Jonas, as president of complex matters. The acquisition aims to enhance Guidepost’s capabilities in investigations, compliance, monitoring and security consulting.
Founded in 2016, Pallas Global has assisted corporations and individuals in addressing high-stakes matters, mitigating risks, preventing misconduct and strengthening corporate governance. Jonas, a former assistant US attorney for the Southern District of New York, brings 18 years of experience handling corporate investigations involving companies like WorldCom, Royal Ahold and Commerzbank.
