Ethisphere, the Arizona-based arbiter of corporate ethical standards, has acquired informed360, an ethics and compliance software platform. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the companies announced that informed360’s founders, Andrew Neblett and Brian Beeghly, would join Ethisphere.
