GRC software company Diligent has acquired ethics and compliance consultancy Spark Compliance in a move to expand its advisory services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Diligent, which serves more than 1 million users and 700,000 board members worldwide through its GRC SaaS platform, will integrate Spark Compliance’s services to offer clients a comprehensive solution for navigating regulatory challenges. Spark Compliance specializes in anti-bribery, data privacy and sustainability governance consulting for multinational organizations.
