GRC software provider Diligent has acquired Vault, an AI-powered ethics and compliance platform, to integrate speak-up technology and investigation tools into its governance, risk and compliance suite. The acquisition adds Vault’s automated reporting channels, multilingual capabilities and investigation suite to Diligent’s existing GRC platform, targeting organizations managing global regulatory requirements, including the EU Whistleblowing Directive. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition follows Diligent’s purchase of consultancy Spark Compliance earlier this year, marking the company’s continued investment in ethics and compliance services. Vault’s platform includes mobile apps, web platforms and AI-powered hotlines designed to facilitate misconduct reporting and provide analytics for compliance programs.
