Dublin-based regtech platform Corlytics is expanding its U.S. operations and appointing a new leadership team, the company announced. The move aims to strengthen Corlytics’ presence in North America.
Aidan Houlihan, formerly of Napier.ai and BNY Mellon, will lead the new U.S. team as head of North America. The expansion follows recent acquisitions, including ClauseMatch, ING’s SparQ and a regtech platform from Deloitte, as well as a significant investment from Verdane earlier this year.
“Corlytics boasts over 100 clients globally spanning banking, insurance and payments solutions,” Houlihan said. “Our plan is to go far beyond compliance and risk management to develop a deep understanding to use analytics as a business advantage.”
