Ken Bertsch
Ken Bertsch is Executive Director of the Council of Institutional Investors. He has more than two decades of experience in financial and corporate governance matters in leadership roles at CamberView Partners, the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Moody’s Investors Service, TIAA-CREF and the Investor Responsibility Research Center. He holds a JD from Fordham University School and an undergraduate degree from Williams College. He is also a board member of the IRRC Institute.
