Armalytix has introduced enhanced source of funds verification tools for commercial property and corporate lawyers, the fintech company announced. The solutions aim to simplify how legal professionals verify business transaction funding while meeting regulatory requirements from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
The London-based fintech company’s tools offer customized questionnaires to collect structured financial information and evidence for compliance and risk assessment. The system includes Metro/open banking integration and is designed to address challenges like complex financial structures, varying transaction complexity and time-consuming manual processes that typically slow legal workflows.
“With increasing regulatory demands, legal professionals need efficient tools to conduct source of funds checks without disrupting their client relationships. Our latest solutions provide the technology and automation needed to enhance compliance, reduce risk, and save valuable time,” said Tom Lyes, head of legal and property services at Armalytix.
