AuditBoard Rebrands to Optro

AuditBoard Rebrand Optro News

GRC software provider AuditBoard has officially changed its name to Optro, the company said in a news release.

The new name caps off several months of changes. In July 2025, Raul Villar Jr., formerly the CEO of Paycor, was named AuditBoard’s CEO. In the fall, the company announced it was acquiring FairNow, an AI governance platform.

“Today, we introduce Optro, a brand that captures our commitment to the future of GRC,” Optro chief marketing officer April Crichlow said in the news release. “This evolution reflects our mission to help customers spot risk and turn it into opportunity with unprecedented pace and precision.”
