OneTrust has appointed John Heyman as CEO, with founder Kabir Barday transitioning to a strategic advisory role on the board of directors, the Atlanta-based governance software company said.
Heyman previously served as CEO of Radiant Systems and Snap One, guiding both companies through rapid growth and initial public offerings. The leadership change follows OneTrust’s fiscal year ended Jan. 31, 2026. Barday founded OneTrust in 2015 and will remain on the board to focus on long-term vision and strategy, the company said in a news release.
“John’s proven track record of innovation, customer obsession and his deep experience growing B2B technology companies makes him the right person to take on this role,” Barday said in the news release.
