Robert A. MacKenzie is an assistant clinical professor of law at Cornell Law School. David Reiss is the Wheelock Family Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship Law and acting director of the Blassberg-Rice Center on Entrepreneurship Law at Cornell Tech and Cornell Law School. Together they teach the eCornell workshop “Generative AI for Business Transactions.”
