Benchmark Gensuite has launched AI agents designed to perform environmental, health and safety workflows, the company said in a news release.
The AI agents execute tasks, interact through natural language and adapt to changing regulatory and operational needs. The Cincinnati-based EHS software provider’s launch includes a permit AI agent and a chemical management AI agent, which automate permit review and chemical management processes. The agents operate through an in-platform hub and maintain human oversight for critical decision-making. Benchmark Gensuite piloted the AI agent framework with subscribers in manufacturing, life sciences and aerospace.
“Our AI Agents go beyond copilots or chatbots — they act, decide and learn,” Benchmark Gensuite CEO R. Mukund said in the news release.
