Online compliance training provider Traliant has acquired Clear Law Institute, a specialized provider of training in compliance and investigations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
By joining forces with Clear Law Institute, Traliant aims to expand its portfolio of online compliance training courses and services, covering topics such as ethics and code of conduct, data privacy and security, harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and workplace safety, Traliant said in a news release. Clear Law Institute’s courses are designed by attorneys and subject matter experts and feature interactive scenarios to engage learners and improve knowledge retention.
The purchase continues the company’s growth trajectory, following a 2021 investment by PSG, an equity firm that focuses on software and technology-enabled services companies.
