For the report, Regology surveyed 127 people working roles like chief compliance officer, general counsel or risk manager. Here’s a look at some of the key findings:
- 58% of people said the biggest difficulty in regulatory compliance is the pace of change.
- 89% said their compliance job has gotten tougher over the past few years.
- 87% of compliance teams are evaluating the use of new technology.
