Deal Marks Texas-Based Software Provider’s Third of 2021 After Company Acquired ContractRoom and AdvancedLaw
Texas-based Mitratech recently announced its latest acquisition, GRC platform Alyne. Terms of the deal were not announced, but the acquisition is Mitratech’s third this year, including contract lifecycle management platform ContractRoom and legal hiring service AdvanceLaw.
Alyne is popular among firms that need to connect corporate legal and compliance functions, which fits with Mitratech’s previous offerings and its most recent additions.

Karl Viertel, CEO and founder of Alyne, will become general manager of Mitratech’s GRC division.
