Cority, a global environment, health and safety (EHS) software provider, has acquired Greenstone, a UK-based software company that offers a suite of sustainability solutions. Terms of the deal, which marks Cority’s third sustainability-focused acquisition in the past two years, were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Greenstone aligns perfectly, enabling us to deepen our capabilities and offer a more comprehensive toolset to our customers.”
Greenstone solutions will be incorporated into Cority’s Sustainability Cloud product, the company said.
