Uchechi Dibiaezue is a member of the A&E Law Partnership Compliance, Ethics and Integrity Support practice as well as the Regulatory and Institutional reform team. She is an attorney with over 18 years legal practice experience. She has also practiced as a litigator at the beginning of her legal career handling court room proceedings in the Court of Appeal, State and Federal High Courts. She has handled projects conducting detailed due diligence of company operations and also evaluation of compliance to legal and regulatory regimes in Nigeria. She provides legal support for new investors particularly foreign companies seeking to do business in Nigeria (including documentation).

Uchechi was part of the A&E team that provided legal support for the implementation of a joint venture partnerships between a Canadian and Nigerian company to facilitate new business opportunities in Nigeria. Prior to joining A&E Law Partnership, she was Head Corporate advisory division in a Consultancy firm, taught Business Law to professionals qualifying as Chartered Accountants in Nigeria and worked on a number of charitable projects in the U.K., providing specialist advisory support from 2007 to 2013. Uchechi holds an MPhil, and an LLM in International Law from the University of Aberdeen. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2000 and is also a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales.
