G. Richard Shell is the Thomas Gerrity Professor at the Wharton School. He was inspired by his “ethics refugees” to write a practical, action-oriented manual for how to stand up for core values. His book is titled The Conscience Code: Lead with Your Values. Advance Your Career (HarperCollins Leadership 2021).
