Matthias Niska
Matthias Niska is a labor and employment attorney at the Minneapolis-based firm Nilan Johnson Lewis. He represents employers in employment discrimination matters, wage-and-hour lawsuits and noncompete and trade secret litigation. Matthias is especially well-versed in counseling employers on disability-related issues. Because he is legally blind himself, Matthias uses not only his substantive legal knowledge, but also his experiences to provide his clients with a unique perspective and deep understanding of disability employment matters.
