Julia Bailey

image002Julia Bailey is Senior Director of Product Management for Equifax Workforce Solutions, where she leads solution strategy and product development for the company’s Compliance Center solution. Compliance Center automates compliance support of a company’s new hire paperwork, federal, state and local tax forms, federal I-9, Work Opportunity Tax Credit and state-required new hire notifications. Bailey analyzes the market, works with employers to understand their needs and guides solution development. Crucial to the Compliance Center products, Bailey works with internal and external resources to stay on top of regulatory and legislative developments and to support compliance changes to the products to allow employers to handle the new requirements.

Bailey has a B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration from Truman State University, as well as an MBA from Webster University.
