Rachel Goldman, Tom Kokalas and Tim Wilkins
Rachel Goldman is a partner and co-chair of the Bracewell’s ESG practice. She has over 25 years of commercial litigation experience in federal and state courts, advising clients in the renewable and conventional energy, construction and infrastructure, finance and private equity sectors.
Thomas Kokalas is a partner in Bracewell’s government enforcement and investigations practice. He has extensive experience in responding to regulatory investigations and conducting corporate-wide reviews and risk assessments.
Timothy Wilkins is co-chair of Bracewell’s ESG practice and the managing partner of the firm’s Austin office. He has overseen environmental compliance audits involving thousands of locations, handled hundreds of environmental audit disclosures and pioneered the development and use of US EPA’s audit policy for new owners.
